Section 04
Booking & Payment
- —Enrolment in a programme is confirmed upon receipt of the applicable fee and written confirmation from Kelpvane.
- —All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of any materials described in the programme specification.
- —Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking. Full payment is ordinarily required prior to the commencement of the first session.
- —Kelpvane reserves the right to adjust programme fees for future enrolments with appropriate notice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation by Kelpvane
If Kelpvane cancels a programme session, we will offer the participant either a full refund or a rescheduled session at no additional cost.
Rescheduling
Participants may request to reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to facilitator availability.

Intellectual Property
All website content and programme materials — including written guides, visual glossaries, quick-reference cards, framework documents, and session handouts — are the intellectual property of Kelpvane and are protected under applicable Thai and international copyright law.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, Kelpvane's total liability shall not exceed the programme fee paid by the participant for the relevant programme.

Participant Conduct
We ask all participants to approach sessions with openness and respect. The following conduct is not acceptable and may result in removal from a programme without refund:
- —Disrespectful or disruptive behaviour toward facilitators or other participants.
- —Recording, reproducing, or distributing session content without prior written consent.
- —Providing false information during the enrolment process.
- —Any commercial use of materials received during the programme.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chon Buri Province, Thailand.

Changes to These Terms
Kelpvane may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. For programme enrolments already underway, the terms in place at the time of booking shall continue to apply unless both parties agree otherwise.
